All items purchased from ANGLIE.me are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING METHOD

We use following courier services:

1. Domestic: JNE as preferred courier

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 – 5 business days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days). We ship orders EVERYDAY. Please allow up to 14 business days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer, and please note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

2. International: EMS Indonesia as preferred courier.

International Orders: Please allow up to 14 business days for shipping depending on the destination countries/ cities. Please allow up to 14 business days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer, and please note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after courier-partners delivers to the address. We do not take responsibility if courier-partners can’t deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your courier-partners shipping code in the top of your deliveryreceipt and please call our courier-partners customer service. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Kindly be noted that we only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing mistakes and items with sizes.
